Adults Classes (ages 13-64) Saturdays:

10:00am - 11:00am/MST Internal Martial Arts (Tai Chi, Baguazhang, and Xing Yi Quan), and Health & Wellness Qigong*

11:00am - 12:00pm/MST Mountain Dragon

12:00pm - 1:00pm/MST Aikijujitsu

* Animal based Seasonal Qigong:

  1. Bear-Winter: Kidneys, Waist, etc...

  2. Monkey-Indian Summer(early fall): Eyes, Balance etc..

  3. Deer-Spring: Genitals, Hips, Bladders, Reproductive etc..

  4. Tiger-Fall: Bones, Connective Tissues, etc…

  5. Crane-Summer: Lungs, Heart, etc..

  6. Snake: Full body coiling. Only by request

  • Senior 65+ Classes

    Gentle flowing movements that provide many health benefits as well as conditioning the physical body and the brain for optimal functioning.

  • Adult Classes (ages 13-64)

    Students learn skills from all ranges of combat from various self-defense arts for the streets in a Mixed Martial Arts Format (MMA).

  • Kids Classes (ages 4-12)

    Intro to Martial Arts, preview of Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Animal Kung Fu. Classes focus on self-defense skills, mutual respect and learning in a fun safe way

  • Online Tai Chi Course

    Beginners remote learning format for Primordial Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan and Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan

  • Private Lessons

    For Students who desire individualized lessons, and personal instruction from the Instructor to leverage their learning experience

  • Massage Therapy

    Massage Therapy services offered at Self-Care Arts
