Instructor with 40 years training youth martial athletes / artists with exercise science, specifically geared toward realistic self defense techniques for developing bodies and minds / Emotional self- Control. Standing striking, kicking, throwing, and grappling with emphasis on flow and attacking vulnerable anatomy. Your child (ages 4-12) will learn basic anatomy and joint functions and how to best stun and run to escape potentially deadly situations. Participants will master basic life / self care skills of environmental awareness and falling to protect themselves, relaxation and focus under stress of performance and social interaction with others / diplomacy.
Realistic training utilizing the latest tools for training and safety by Instructor with 40 years of professional experience teaching youth martial arts.
Fast paced movement repetition based drills, both solo and partner exercises allow students to progress at individual pace.
