Personalize your journey with Self-Care Arts: Join Mountain Dragon Martial Arts with specialized Jr. Dragon (Kids) Classes (ages 4-12) focusing on basic self-defense. For ages 13 and up, our adult classes offer Martial Arts training and a variety of Health & Wellness courses tailored to your needs and interests. Important : As of 12/13/2020 we will now be placing a admin fee of $10. This fee will go towards your first tuition fee. If you make an appointment and don’t show, the fee will be non-refundable. If you have any questions contact info is located at the bottom of the page.

Introductory Class & Information is good for One time only (per person). Anyone signing up for Introductory Class, and already had a introductory class must sign up membership.
