  • Internal Martial Arts & Wellness :

    This is program for those who seek internal martial and health Tradition of the Nei Jia, arts of Self Care and personal protection. These arts include: 5 Animal Qigong, I Chuan, Xing Yi Quan, Tai ji Quan/Tai Chi, Baguazhang. These soft style arts are life promoting arts of self care that develop Balance, whole body functional, postural strength and flexibility. These Qigong based Martial Traditions were designed to cultivate calm mind for times of stress and supple bodies utilizing principles of non-contention and redirection of aggressive energy. This leads to the resilient self care practice that modern research considers Balanced art of stress inoculation.

  • Mountain Dragon Martial Arts:

    MDMA is MMA format, in that it sources a variety of arts that give practitioner skill in all ranges of unarmed and weapons based close quarter combat, hence its emphasis on real, ”time tested “techniques of disabling attackers”, versus, competitive sports training. Education involves conditioning: eyes-visual reflexes; nervous system, Chi Sao/ push hands; Bone-Wooden Man, heavy bags, focus-mitt’s, resistance and Emotional self-control-Mental survival principles of self defense.

    Students learn to defend selves in all ranges from standing to ground fighting and principles critical to respond to situational defense in each range .

  • Aiki-Jujitsu - Program

    This is Japanese Traditional Budo, taught by Third Dan/ Degree Black Belt Instructor with lineage to founder of Tomiki Ryu. This class covers standing grappling , striking, throwing and ground fighting and places emphasis on weapons disarms and submissions, unarmed as well as weapons . knife, stick, sword ,staff , rifle and spear.

    Learning the jo staff teaches one rifle disarms. Hapkido a Korean derivative of Daito-Ryu Japanese ju-jitsu, teaches pistol, club, edged weapons and multiple attacker defense. This program combines Weapons training from time tested arts of Kenjitsu, and knife fighting Tanto Randori. Sensei has instructed since 1982 as a Black belt. Learn well rounded self defense skills and life skills , like falling and rolling safely to prevent injury.

  • Private Lessons:

    Personalized instruction to complement already existing tools of Self Care or to begin new path of study. Instructor has been teaching professionally in this capacity since 1982 to present. Learn with Meditative focus, Alpha state, principle based, functional physical and Mental Attitude: Right-Mind set for higher level performance. Focus on Health , Martial or philosophical Spiritual Taoist ideals concepts. Unarmed and weapons, contact and non- contact training available .

  • Hunyuan Qigong:

    Hunyuan Qigong is The Inner Exercises of Wu Gong or Martial arts qigong of Tai Chi Chuan /Tai ji Quan. Its movements develop the 8 energies of Tai Chi practice for health and self -Protection, but also one’s connection with the Natural world elements and energies of Earth. Hunyuan postures and movements, comprise the majority of all movements in Tai Chi research and practice focusing on contemporary wellness exercise of 21st century World wide.

    Whole Body Martial Arts ( Wu gong), Mind ( Yi gong) & Spirit ( Shen gong) trained with this ancient practice of Qigong for Self Care.
