Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) combines dynamic assisted stretching influenced by Yoga, and physical pressure along energy lines known as Sen Lines in Traditional Thai Medicine. TYM benefits the joints and soft tissues, improves flexibility, alleviates pain and stiffness, and offers both passive and active exercise for both the giver and receiver of the massage. People have used TYM to increase their vitality for 1000s of years. The TYM instruction area will be on padded floors (yoga matts are welcome).
