Come learn a traditional way of practicing Bear Baguazhang with Mind & Body. Participants will learn Single Movements, Applications against an opponent, Circle walking forms (Training, Power, and Speed), Qigong posture, and learning about whipping power, Single line footwork, Box Stepping footwork, and Cross Stepping footwork. The forms are self-care health and self-defense focused. We will be focusing on the attacking method Moving Attack. This is an education of a high-level Martial Art with moving meditation, balance improvement, whole body neuro-muscular development designed for multiple opponents.
