Tiger Qigong


Tiger Qigong is Fall seasonal kung fu / yoga. It develops the Metal element which supports the strengthening of the Water element of Winter, therefore, Tiger Qigong strengthens the body and its qi or energetic component, to transition into the cold and flu season with ample protective Qi which is seen as a form of preventative medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tiger martial arts involves closing the gap, and quickly disabling. The relaxed power and decisive striking and pinning movements are applicable to modern cage fighters, as well as, to those who want to learn how to bridge the gap and close on threatening opponent to neutralize quickly and decisively in the streets/ the “ concrete jungle” .
